Siegfried Dais has been deputy chairman of the Board of Management of Robert Bosch GmbH since January 1, 2004, and a limited partner of Robert Bosch Industrietreuhand KG since January 2007. Siegfried Dais was born on January 18, 1948, in Stuttgart, Germany. He is married and has three sons. After graduating from high school (Abitur) in 1966 and completing his military service, he studied Physics at the University of Stuttgart from 1968 to 1974. He received his doctorate in Natural Sciences from a Max Planck Institute in 1978, where he then worked as a research scientist.
