Patricia began her career at Bosch with an internship in the communications department at Bosch Building Technologies (BT) in 2022, where she later also wrote her thesis in the field of International Public Relations. After submitting her master’s thesis, the team for artificial intelligence in the business unit video hired her as a data broker thanks to her strong communication skills. Her manager trusted her from the beginning which allowed her to reshape her role and add technical aspects. This enabled her to develop her skills in a direction that aligns with her new-found interests. In 2023, Patricia took on the dual role of data broker and scrum master responsibilities since her department was adopting a more agile way of working. Since 2024, she has been focusing on engineering topics, particularly data engineering, machine learning tasks, and system testing.

In 2008, Christine started as a software system designer at Bosch in Austria. After being promoted to group leader, she decided to do a job rotation where she swapped her position with a group leader from India. After six years in India, she had the opportunity to move to Farmington Hills in the USA as Vice President and Regional Business Unit Manager, where she is still responsible for the development management of customer projects.

Over the past few years, Christine has experienced a lot — both at work and in her private life. Her family has been a strong support in her career, viewing the moves as enrichment, for which she is very grateful.

Jerry is passionate about technology and wanted to be an engineer as a teenager. On his parents’ advice, he studied finance instead. His dream in mind, he spent every spare minute learning about engineering. After graduating, Jerry was working in human resources departments for many years — since 2017 at Bosch in Suzhou, China. The dream of working as an engineer remained.

Then, in 2020, the opportunity arose: an application engineer position became available in the Two-Wheeler & Powersports division. Jerry applied, impressed the interviewers, and was accepted. Since then, he has been using Bosch tools and platforms such as the Learning Portal to continuously develop his skills in this area.

Throughout her career at Bosch, Damla has demonstrated a remarkable ability to embrace new challenges and continuously develop her skills. Starting as an Accounting & Finance Responsible at the Bosch Home Comfort Factory in Manisa from 2010 to 2014, she then took the role of Regional Brand Manager at Bosch Power Tools in Istanbul from 2014 to 2017. Her journey continued as a Key Account Manager at Bosch Mobility Aftermarket from 2017 to 2019, followed by a transition to Cologne as an Expert Key Account Manager from 2019 to 2021. After her international assignment, she has excelled as an executive assistant to the top management in Türkiye for the last two years. This progression across multiple roles, business areas and locations showcases the wealth of opportunities Bosch offers to those eager to grow. She recently took on an exciting new role as Operations Manager in Bosch Service Solutions, marking yet another step in her dynamic career. She states that Bosch is fostering an environment that promotes stepping out of comfort zones, exploring new areas, and engaging with diverse cultures.

After leaving school in 1982, Reiner began training as a toolmaker at Bosch. After graduating, he joined the production department as a machine operator. At the age of 30, he had his first management position as a group leader in the technical area. His career at Bosch took him through various tasks and different business areas in Germany and abroad until he became head of department in 2008. After 40 years at Bosch and a sabbatical, he decided to work part-time to focus more on his private life. Since then, Reiner has worked first as a group leader in technology management and development and since 2024 as head of training and further development at the Blaichach site. In addition to his work at Bosch, he runs a mountain hut in the Allgäu with his wife, which they renovated during his sabbatical. This allows Reiner to combine his passions.

During his bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering, Rene joined Bosch as a commercial purchasing intern in Mexico in 2004. After graduating he started his professional journey at Bosch as a commodity buyer. 2 years later, he moved to the project purchasing department where he was given his first leadership position. In 2010, he moved to Germany for 6 years as part of an international assignment, where he took on even greater responsibility as a group leader. Rene then returned to Mexico where he became head of department. In 2020, Rene headed back to Germany to further develop his international leadership experience as head of department. After 19 years at Bosch, Rene can confirm Bosch’s strong commitment to promoting the personal and professional growth of its associates. He is looking forward to all future challenges and opportunities within the company.

Angela started her career at Bosch as a recruiter. She then moved into the role of HR Business Partner, where she still supports a variety of teams. Angela has a deep passion for coaching, which she discovered while being coached herself. With the guidance and ongoing support of her leader at Bosch, Angela attended various local courses and an accredited international program. Bosch’s commitment to fostering personal and professional growth has allowed Angela to make coaching a central aspect of her work, where she now supports leaders in their personal development. Angela's goal is to become a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) accredited by the International Coaching Federation accreditation, which will enable her to expand her impact at Bosch.

Brad began his dual studies at ETAS, a subsidiary of the Bosch Group, in 2007. After graduating, he started full-time in the Vehicle Operating System (VOS) group in 2012, where he worked for 4 years. Although he enjoyed working there, he decided to try something different. He left ETAS in 2016 and joined another employer. After a short time, he realised that the new position was not what he had hoped for. Bosch offered him exactly what he wanted - both professionally and in terms of corporate culture. As he kept in touch with his former colleagues after the move, he heard that a position had become available within the VOS group. He seized the opportunity and returned to his team at ETAS in 2017. Meanwhile, he particularly appreciates the opportunities for further development and the appreciative working atmosphere at Bosch.
